- Irate Customer Added September 12, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What a bunch of awful customer service representatives. Came in today to post an item and asked them to print out a label. It’s 30 degrees and I’m with my 6 month old. They said their printer is down and sent me next door. The man next door charged me $3 for an A4 black and white print and said they do this all the time….after I told them what the man said, the woman decided to smirk at me….irate is an understatement. I’ll specifically avoid this post office like the plague from now on. One extremely unhappy customer.
- winnie cheng Added September 12, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I post my Parcel to WA on 24/1/2022 in Gordon PO, report on 14/2 as no one can respond my request then I got email and phone calls replied, but all are about investigating process on the way and keep giving us date and keep postponed. We all know about the chaos at the moment, but when I asked about Gordon PO they said Strathfield facility centre pick up all parcels but then main office said no other scan found. What is happening here? Should we choose not to post anything anymore. There are valuables items for your important people over other places and the parcel either has lost or stolen, who knows. We are all not in good mental health already, why APO made so much profit in business, can they empathy we customer and do something about it.
