No session is the same! All three studios are equiped with state of the art equipment to ensure each visit is top notch!

I had 3 children in as many years and felt I had lost my "mind-body" connection, and didn't really know where to begin to get myself to a physical place that I could start being active again (without pain). Pilates has not only helped me regain confidence in myself, it has also assisted in facilitating me getting back into long-distance running and general exercise. I really cannot recommend Pilates INT enough; I attend classes in the Pilates INT studio one day a week, as well as in the Well Fit studio one day a week. The staff are beautiful, knowledgable and dedicated. Money well spent as far as I am concerned, hubby and I always build this cost into our budget as a nonnegotiable!
Thank you all for being fabulous women and men to work with! I look forward to my Wednesday and Friday sessions; a highlight of my week!

The instructors are very well trained and classes are small so you receive excellent attention. I love being challenged and improving my strength and fitness, but also it has been a life saver when I have been injured and need gentle exercise. My daughter is a dancer and also benefits from doing Pilates. It is great to be able to do something together even though we have different needs.
