  Decided to give these guys one more shot. This time they were running 40 minutes late for my appointment. Overall, terrible service and a terrible experience. They overbook clients and accept all walk ins, resulting in a poor outcome for would be loyal returners.
  
  Wish I didn’t give them a second chance and definitely won’t be back.

  Repeat customer for mani padi - I normally like three coats on my feet, they stopped at two & wouldn’t take the time to add another layer. Toenails thin & looking less slick. They really should accommodate customer asks because they’re happy to charge us a premium price.
  
  Further, I booked an appointment for 5pm. I had to sit and wait for one of the ladies to finish eating her dinner - they started at 5.15. I could have not left my last meeting early to make the appointment had I known this woman’s break was more important. They told me it would take one hour to complete, but due to their tardiness & late start I wasn’t out until 6.30pm, making me late for dinner with a friend. Pretty bad customer service all up - this last visit is enough to make me stop coming back. Suggest you stay away.

  One of my favourite nail salon in Pyrmont.
  I am so thoroughly impressed! my Valentine’s nails design was so adorable!
  given credit to staff names Tracy, who did my nail, well trained, attentive and friendly, the price is pretty reasonable.
  Definitely recommend.

  I got my nails done with shellac mani 2 weeks ago, they last very long and not peel off like before normal i do, that my first time try with shop. N very friendly and funny, i ll comeback again. My favorite nails salons

  Awful awful experience. I made a booking yet came to see the place so crowded they were rushing without any consistency through everyone. The girl who did my toes couldn’t have been less interested in doing her job. I get it - they are tired. But it’s a service people are paying for. She was so abrupt. The other one left foils in my nails for 20 mins until it started stinging. SNS was so rushed and manicure was like pulling dry skin off of my nail bed. Horrible work around nail edges too. Super crowded and unpleasant environment.
